It was a successful week last week with ‘My Best
‘ recommended bet landing as well as the recommended each way treble
! As usual, we have a hectic day of racing this Saturday. I will give my best bets of all afternoon meetings with an in-depth look at the Ayr Gold Cup.
AYR – gold cup MADNESS
BILLY NO MATES looks interesting in the opener with a commanding course win and a last time out win in his short career to date.
HYPERFOCUS is a risky proposition, but in these conditions could outrun his odds in The Silver Cup Handicap.
SHUMOOKHI can be forgiven his latest run and looks overpriced as a Listed winner for the Group 3 in the 3.15.
Oh boy, this will be wide open as always! ACES is one I fancy to outrun his odds, he gets further, acts on heavy, and a look at his form suggests he may have been targeted for this and can land one of the five places we are offering!
I’m also interested in COLLIDE in the 4.25 who makes his 1st handicap start after two easy wins. The Son of Frankel could be anything!
STYLEHUNTER for the lethal GOSDEN and DETTORI is fancied to step up on his step up in trip and land a valuable Class 2 Handicap in the 1.45.
YOUNG RASCAL was quietly fancied for the Derby but ran disappointingly. He hasn’t run since suggesting he might be value here and beat
Derby 2nd and St Leger 4th DEE EX BEE before his Derby run. He looks undervalued in the market in the 2.20.
TRUE MASON looks the best value in the 2.55 for a trainer with a strong record in the race, and this doesn’t appear difficult for the class and money on offer in the race.
ZAP also of interest in the 2.15 on his AW debut after landed a very valuable race last weekend at a more than fair price.
Very interested in 2 short priced favs at Chelmsford, ANASHEED in the 2.50 who ran a big debut race in May.
Also, hat-trick seeking SWORDBILL in the 5.05 who is turned out quickly and looking to complete an 8-day hat-trick.
RAYPETEAFTERME looks an exciting running in the 3.35 for Declan Carroll. Impressed on the penultimate start and eased in grade for a shrewd trainer.
BURNING QUESTION is a standout performer at GOWRAN PARK. Raised 22lb for latest success which was quite staggering and it will be interesting to see if can defy such a rise.
Lastly, at NEWMARKET we see the Cesarewitch Trail and HANDIWORK interests me with Spencer aboard and he’s the only runner that doesn’t have a Cesarewitch entry of those higher in the weights than him. He returns from an absence and could be a value bet.
EACH WAY TREBLE
