I’m at Huntingdon for five rides today.
Bard Of Brittany is the first of two opening rides for the in form Mick Channon stable. Still a maiden after five rules attempts he showed some promise at Worcester in mid-September finishing fourth in a maiden hurdle beaten less than four lengths. I hope he continues on an upward curve today and makes the frame.Tottertown and Nylon Speed are the horses in form.

Brian Hughes In The Saddle
Heydour, still winless after five runs, has finished third in each of his last hurdles. The most recent of which was at Newton Abbot in late September. He makes his chasing debut today and has the pedigree to do well in this sphere. He could get involved as he has a fitness edge on his opponents who have been off the track for some time.
The Main dangers are Earlshill and Copper West.
Jamacho, was in good form earlier this year with two wins and three runner-up finishes. He has raced moderately in recent starts and hopefully, the hood attachment brings about the necessary improvement.
He should be suited by the sharper track today with main danger from recent winners Third Estate and Aldrin.
Golden Investment, a hurdle and chase winner returns from a break of 133 days and wind surgery. He races in a good grade today and if the op has had a positive effect could have a real chance.
In an open looking contest the main rival will be Whin Park.
Polarbrook won two races for me last summer and ran well at Uttoxeter last month returning from a near 10 months lay off. He is getting on in years but should be fitter today and run well.
Hat trick seeking Hepijeu looks the main threat.
